As Ames Europe Tekstil, our main goal is to maximize the interests of our employees, our stakeholders, the society we live in and our country while we carry out our fabric production activities. In this context, it is our main principle to integrate our quality, environment, occupational health and safety policy into our processes. We accept as a guide; We undertake to continuously improve our processes in the light of national and international laws, standards and other requirements and to carry out our activities in accordance with these laws and standards. We will try to provide our products and services with the goal of sustainable excellence and zero defect in customer demands and requests. We aim to be compatible with the system and develop in cooperation with our subcontractors and suppliers.
The human resources we have and will be; it will be our priority to determine and meet the requirements necessary for personal and professional development and protection of health. We undertake that we will create a working environment with the least risk factor for our employees, subcontractors by making our processes perfect, taking into consideration the environmental, occupational health and safety laws, to ensure the protection, improvement and continuous development of our environment and our employees, prevent environmental pollution and occupational accidents and we will consider the participation and consultation right of the employees while doing these.
